The title should be changed to:

Montreal has its own MapList now

Now, montreal has maplist at: http://montreal.maplist.org.

Some new features added to maplist.org:
(1) category display with proximity option
(2) Thumb images can be previewed when hovered over

toronto.maplist.org is under development

http://toronto.maplist.org is now under development. Looks like it is a similar tool of searching local business in Google Maps.

Having great competitors is a huge encouragement and is a neccessity for a long-time success.

You know Youtube surpassed Google Video before Google's acquisition, don't you?
